Accidentally deleting my FF1 file (by messing up the savestate option) on the NES Classic when I was in literally the final dungeon of the game. I should have experimented with the savestates to figure it out on some OTHER game before trying to do it on FF1..... *sigh* Oh wow! This resurrected a memory. I totally ruined this kid's save of dragon warrior monsters by accident when breeding his monsters The npc asks 'would you like us to record this momentous event'? And won't let the egg hatch unless you say yes. 8 year old me had no idea that equated to saving, and that game boys only had one save slot. So his 2 best monsters were just gone Because in that game, as everyone knows, after 2 monsters breed, they both peace out forever and you're left with the baby. That's why they're monsters --- You did indeed stab me in the back. However, you are only level one, whilst I am level 50. That means I should remain uninjured. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
