Exterminated some snakes on the way back. CHIKARA Tag Prix 2005: Round 2 kicks off with Cannon/Claudio v. F.I.S.T. Some nice chain wrestling here! A cool SWINGING FULL NELSON. Akuma impressed me here, but heels go over. (*) Ring Crew Express v. Jigsaw+Sabian next, after a kinda weak promo from RCE. I've never considered myself a big mat wrestling fan but CHIKARA is selling me. Weird combo of technical clinic and comedy- I dig it. Jigsaw scores the pin after a really good match! (1/2) Final Empire: BEATED. I take an amount of pride that I was, like, half-right on each of the twists lol. Marsh was alive but didn't turn heel, the Lord Ruler was Rashyk but not the Deepness, Kel died but not exactly as I expected, and gold and the 10th metal were vaguely but not directly relevant to the end. It would actually stand alone pretty well but also left some nice hooks for next book. On par with Stormlight I think, I just haven't had as long to get attached to the characters. That'll get fixed soon, I reckon! Next book will probably take a few more days to get to my library but I'm not gonna drive much this weekend anyway. Order of the Stick: I am starting to realize that not every webcomic updates at the rate of peak Homestuck. I do really like how we resolved the Durkon thing though! Smash: Got to play with some of my students, and....didn't get rocked like I did back in the day on SSB4!
