Seeing how other parents treat their children also makes me not want to be around other parents. Kids need boundaries but also need to be treated as equals and with respect if you want them to listen to you. Yelling empty threats all day doesnt work and you wonder why they act like satan all day long.
I'm also done at 2 kids we are finally past the hardest part when they were super young so now that they are a bit older family trips are a breeze in comparison so I dont want to go backwards again in that respect.

That's where we are too but I still want 2 more kids and my wife only wants 1.
I think if the timeline fit we would have considered a 3rd . My wife's career has finally taken off especially over the last year so shes really happy about that. Our daughters are both in gymnastics and my oldest does cooperative so I really dont think we would have the time for a 3rd.
It's a sad feeling sometimes to be honest
