Like if someone else's kid is around I'll be nice to them and treat them like a human being but I'd much rather they fuck off. Kids need boundaries but also need to be treated as equals and with respect if you want them to listen to you. Yelling empty threats all day doesnt work and you wonder why they act like satan all day long. I'm also done at 2 kids we are finally past the hardest part when they were super young so now that they are a bit older family trips are a breeze in comparison so I dont want to go backwards again in that respect.
