She did worse in CYL3 compared to CYL2. Karla was not strong enough to boost her popularity. Reinhardt was a one thing thing. IS would need to be willing to completely destroy the game's balance for the sake of promoting a single currently unpopular unit to create another Reinhardt. --- Link isn't the only one who kicks ass.
