Sure, that's necessary if you're trying to pack on pounds of muscle, but if you don't eat what they call "surplus calories", then you will continue to get stronger, just not bigger. You'll become more lean and toned... just be careful not to eat too few calories while lifting or you won't have enough fuel to repair the damage you're doing. --- "With cheese in either hand, anything is possible" ...
