Rather than having three different dispute tiers with a constant back and forth written argument, there is simply a single dispute tier now. You will be able to write a message to the moderation staff for your dispute. As this is no longer a back and forth conversation, you're highly encouraged to use your dispute text to explain why your post isn't a violation, not to ask us questions (or attack us, or point out that someone else did it too, or etc).

Once you've disputed, a 24 hour window will begin. During this time, all members of the moderation staff will be able to see your dispute and everyone will be able to vote on whether or not the moderation should be upheld or overturned. This means that it's no longer up to a single moderator per tier anymore but rather that you have the chance to have multiple moderators review your case and weigh in, which makes it much more fair and more likely to reach an overturn than before.
