Butter the floozies by removing the "s" and placing them on the flourescent background. Once the flourescent background is on the background, make a mark on the background where a circle would usually be. You can then fill in the circle like so. Next, in the same color, make a line like this if desired
In some countries, you can use the flouncier font. Just use a light blue background and red flourescent background.
So that's it! My flourescent background in the image below is for those of you reading this who want a more plain look for the flourescent background. You could also use any other color you'd like on the flourescent or even use yellow (or red) and black (or purple) as a contrasting background when creating your poster. (My color choices are based on what you have on hand. It isn't really all that important, but you want the background to just be as bold and as flourescent-ish as possible. So don't worry about it too much. It doesn't really matter what color you choose as long as it has "flourescent green" anywhere in it if you choose yellow or red).
