According to all known laws of aviation (no exceptions) the flight of a private aircraft from the nearest city centre to the airport of departure is restricted to 48 hours.

As you arrive at the airport for your journey you have up to 24 hours notice of your departure. Once you arrive there you need a personal agreement with the airport authorities to provide the required information to your airline. You must be notified by your carrier, in writing, in writing within 48 hours of your departure that your flight has been cancelled or restricted (unless your flight had already gone as planned).

It is common for planes with restricted baggage or baggage that cannot be carried onto one of the aircraft seats to stay at the airport for three months before being transferred to a new airport from another airport or city. During this period the pilot (usually a captain of one of the smaller aircraft operators) must take reasonable care of himself and ensure that all passengers on board can be accommodated properly.

If a private company offers flights that require specific baggage (for example, luggage for medical or research purposes), then it is important that aircraft operators have a minimum of 90 days to find the aircraft with required luggage and have it ready to depart (the 'flight plan requirement'). Failure to comply can result in a penalty of 400 and 1 year in prison.
