I know it's much, much healthier to cook your own meals. But hitting up the grocery store almost daily, all the prep work involved, then the cleaning.. it's just not worth it to me when you're only cooking for yourself. I'd rather just grab something quick and easy tbh, it's gonna fill me up either way. I think if I was married and had kids I wouldn't mind it as much, but props to all the (usually mothers) that cook for their families every day.
