Yeah cut out porn. I stopped watching it completely about a year a half ago now and I feel better than ever.
I still fap, of course, but a whole lot less... because without the stimulus of porn, you're forced to use your imagination and think back on instances of sex you've actually had, or fantasize about women you're crushing on or otherwise.
Plus, it's easy to stop watching porn when you realize it's all the same shit, over and over... you're just looking for a new star to watch doing the same shit you've watched countless other women do before... it gets boring af.
Fapping is a great way to clear your mind as long you're not doing it all day every day... porn, on the other hand, is a great way to cloud your mind with useless shit.
I mostly use porn to help get new faces/bodies to imagine. I have a lousy imagination to come up with new things on my own and getting off to people I know has always felt weird to me. ---
