Feel-good ads are nothing new. Coca Cola's probably one of the most obvious examples there, given that they haven't actually talked about Coke itself in any of their ads in at least a decade, instead focusing on all the friends and happiness and brotherly love all those actors with coke bottles have. The aim is to create a subconscious association between pleasant feelings and the product, increasing the chance that you'll impulsively pick it up while you're out shopping. ...
