Have any of the VFX artists complained about crunch? There's a difference between defending a company and not mindlessly blaming them for an issue that nobody is complaining about. If the working conditions are bad you should definitely blame them but you're just assuming they're bad. Maybe all of the workers are fine? Maybe all of them are getting whipped and locked in cages?
