How not to be an extrovert asshole to your introvert friends. DO ask if they want to go with you. Even if they say no, they will appreciate that you want to include them. DON'T badger or try to guilt them into coming with you. DO let them enjoy the outing in their own way. Just because they may be standing off to the side or remaining quiet doesn't mean they aren't having fun. DON'T force them onto the dance floor or whatever. If they feel up to it, they will join you. If anything, they are more likely to join you if you give them the chance to build up to it themselves.
