Really crappy 5 stars like Artoria or MHX, really good 4 stars like Herc, Saber Alter, and Mash whos free. David and Caesar are also good 3 stars. Obviously there are more top tier 5 stars than 1 stars, but the point is that the Japanese players are far from the point of stupidity to equate rarity with usefulness. Meant mostly in low star shit.
