Buying a second house is turning out to be more difficult than buying a first house.

My Wife's credit is jacked up from a divorce from her first husband. He agreed to pay the credit card bills in the divorce decree, bought a motorcycle once they broke up, a Harley no less, then he filed for bankruptcy, and ignored paying the bills, which double md tripled, and my wife got hosed.

Now because of that on her credit report we can't buy our new house. I am upset, aadn and disappointed. We have a lawyer, but I know how this is going to titietitien out. Since he filed for bankruptcy and she dosnt rhe moneybjad to be paid by somone, so unless she pays or files for bankruptcy then no dice.

It's been a terrible year thus far.
