If I decide to record my kid at the theater while standing behind him while he faces the screen and I just happen to record the movie behind him that wasn't done on purpose even if I record the whole movie that doesn't make it illegal. The movie just happens to be playing while I was recording my kid it's a loophole that is flawless. Why would I lie about having a kid? To those saying creepy you're secretly entering the topic with intentions of seeing the pic acting like a saint isn't fooling anyone.
