red sox 777 05/22/19 3:41:42 PM #92:	Well, the Constitution places the authority of the United States to conduct federal investigations in the hands of one single person, who, throughout the Mueller investigation, was in a position where he could have fired Mueller and terminated the investigation at any point. This person, through the deputy of his deputy, originally hired Robert Mueller as special counsel and chose not to fire him ever.
