A few days ago, I was feeling increasingly miserable while doing guide stuff. I switched browser "guide research" tabs and...my misery just vanished. Today, I felt bad for a few hours...until I diverted all of my focus onto my "goofing off" game. A moment later, I was fine. I would say that my primary antidepressant is behind this, but I get that at 8 AM, 2 PM, 8 PM, and 2 AM. The mood shift that happened today occurred at 1 PM or so.
