I feel like they might make a special exception if it was literally a Stark on the throne. She's basically saying "the north will never be ruled by a Stark and must instead be ruled by a Stark." Like I would understand if it was literally anyone else but it seems a bit strange that they're taking their ball and going home when it is Bran on the throne. --- Moops?
