As a male in America, there's pretty much nothing you can do to protect yourself against false accusations other than maybe chemically castrating yourself or living in confinement. Keep in mind that false allegations have ruined the lives of men who never even touched the "victim" in question, such as the Tawana Brawley case. GRTooCool posted...
