El Chronicle has 1, 2, and 3, but I've been playing for like over 2 months now and I am not even remotely close to maxing even a single unit. Dragalia also suffers from not having infini skips and you actually can't skip most content that matters even with limited skips. Can't skip any master IO, Dragon, Advanced Dragon, or special event missions. I played Valkyrie Anatoma for a bit and the barrier for entry is just too high. I was struggling to complete basic missions just to get low tier evolution materials. out of the stuff I've played, I think El Chronicle comes the closest to matching your preferences. Let me give you a bit of a run down of what it's like. Characters are free to unlock (ignore the $99.99 packages, they say "unlock the character" but they actually unlock the character at an absurdly high level out of gate. You can get the level 1 version for free and it takes minimal effort to promote it to 5 or 6 stars.) All the main farming challenges can be skipped to their daily limit of 3 per day as long as you completed the level you're trying to skip at least once manually (you cannot do more than 3 per day even manually so it's basically infinity skip). Anything you cannot straight up skip (just raids and adventure mode maps) you can auto once you've achieved an SS rank in it (SS Rank requires no deaths and complete in less than 90 seconds). The auto feature will not only complete the mission for you, but it will collect rewards and start it again automatically until you run out of daily limit. (raids are 1 a day, any adventure map worth farming are 3/day and I usually don't bother). The only individual EQ is a single item which you can just straight up craft for free in the store. Otherwise all characters can use all items. You can even equip a Physical attack item on a magical character but it won't do any good. some weapons and accessories have special benefits when equipped on specific characters but the benefits are typically small. There's also talismans and ancient runes that are individual to the character but they are generally for really high level optimization stuff and you can't even get talismans until you reach the Dungeon Naga raid boss who doesn't drop any most of the time. Now, with regards to maxing a unit, which is something I am not even remotely close to doing--I've found it to be effectively not necessary. I've paid literally nothing, did the bare minimum 3 pvp matches per day and I'm already ranked in masters division. I basically lose most of my matches but merely being in masters division gets you pretty damn good rewards even if you constantly lose. I've broken into the top 100 for the infinite fortress. I'm struggling with high level raid content but so are most people. So you don't actually need to max out your characters to get some of the best rewards in the game.
