and being that its new, I dont know anyone here. Most would consider me socially awkward and with that I do not really talk to anyone here because of their preconceived perception of me. I do acknowledge my coworkers by giving them a limp wristed salute, but never anything more.
How do I go about making small talk or just conversation in general so people around here do not think Im weird?
