The original cartoon was my jam as a kid, but I haven't watched a singe episode of it since probably the 90s. I prefer keeping it as a fond memory from my childhood and not watching it when I'm pushing 40 and tainting the memory of it. As a random side note, I did check out the movies on Netflix and I really don't get the hate. I mean the 2nd one had Bebop, Rocksteady, Krang and the Technodrome in it... it was closer to the cartoon series than any other movies.
