I say that because in some cases, I would rather live alone than with a horrible roommate. So, he would have to find a good one. And in some places, the only cheap places are in bad neighborhoods. Or sacrificing more than one should for a cheaper price. Where the good place where you wont die cost a good amount more. Even for small spaces. I was still thinking you were giving him for prices for living alone since thats what he had stated earlier. With a roommate, it would be cheaper for sure, though. Though how cheap depends on where, still.
