It's a briefcase mix-up quest so you go around looking for the other guy. I actually found that one! xp1337 posted... If you enter Mater Park from the Underground Passage from the Hotel from Day 1 of Heimdallr the royal guard catches you and the group explains about the passage and they thank you and assign some guards there.
