It's plain as day he did not hit him on purpose. He has NO control. He's a AAA pitcher. They can't prove intent at all and Rhame categorically denied throwing at him on purpose (I mean of course he would, but he still did , nor did he indicate in any way that he might've tried to hit him and missed or anything). There were no warnings made before, so MLB wasn't policing the call at the time. And even if it WAS intentional, it should be WAY more than 2 days. The fact they limited it to 2 says to me they really don't think it was intentional and only did something because the Phillies or someone whined about it. Like this happened 2 days ago.
