If you do come in with carried over levels and stuff, what ends up happening is she can be reduced to 1 HP but that last HP won't go. And her attacks all of a sudden ramp up to do 49999 damage in a game where you're not getting anywhere near that number... and they break through Adamantite Shield (Cold Steel's Earth Wall) too so you can't even try and stalemate her.
