The quick cast from the USB will still apply during the Awakening, though, so I expect it's still a good opener. Cleared Phoenix, made my fourth and final draw on this banner: 6/11 with Faris USB, two copies of Rosa USB, one Rosa LMR, and my fourth and fifth copies of Bartz's Bracers.
