That's been my only complaint. Way too many episodes that had zero action. Yeah, BL didn't get much action this season. It was usually Thunder, Khalil, Cutter, or some other random character. I remember one episode where he was in costume just long enough to ask a dude a question. No action at all the rest of the episode iirc. Then another where him and thunder showed up just to quickly disarm some bombs. They should have had to is get the pod kids sooner so they could had a villain of the week thing going --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
