I remember wishing you could directly fight alongside him- did they do that in HG/SS? Oathbringer: Dalinar hates politics almost as much as I do! High King Dalinar is pretty hype, regardless. Nice scene with Adolin and Shallan that starts by playing to my, uh, interests, and culminates with Best Chaperone Pattern. I like Adolin and Shallan but I also like Kal and Shallan. Hm. My brain says we are ending with Kal, my gut says we're getting the (reverse) harem route, and I don't actually know what I want. Probably Adolin, because folks backing out of relationships to be with somebody else is a button with me, especially when there's nothing wrong with the original dude. Also Shallan is just one Persona (and a bit of fanservice) short of becoming an Ar Tonelico character! Wifebolo and I finished Victorian Romance Emma in anime form, both of us having read the manga a while back. Was a dang good time.
