Event Items and Night Goggles both seem like interesting (but potentially annoying) gimmicks! I regret trying to be all cheeky and getting myself stuck in the maze instead of just going to the room where you get the goggles, lol. Sometimes that kinda thing pays off, and sometimes you get lost in a dark room, two feet away from a source of nightvision. Also, the heck are they feeding these beetles? Geeze. Also also, I don't know if it's just taken me over a game to notice, but they did a good job with lighting and shadows in one of the rooms here. Ys: I'm having trouble already! I THINK I have explored all of B3, although it's hard to tell with all the teleporters and my level being just high enough to survive for limited runs. I found what appears to be a boss room, as well as a hidden door for which I need that weird mask, but like every single dang chest in this dungeon, the door is locked. I'm guessing I'm not ready for a boss fight anyway, since the strongest minions are still a handful for me, but I am not really sure what else I am missing. Not even getting great exp off these guys if I was to grind! Oathbringer: I missed Sil. She adds a refreshing lightness to balance out Kal being Kal. Hearthstone is pretty fun so far!
