Beat a game with comedy as a central theme Epic Battle Fantasy 5 What It Is: A team of five ragtag heroes complete fetch quests, catch monsters, solve block puzzles, and gets lots of equipment to save the world. - Fun, I guess. It overstayed its welcome towards the end, and I got so sick of the grind that I just switched to easy mode to get the final boss out of the way (after spending a good deal of my playtime fighting bosses and superbosses on the hardest difficulty). It was pretty fun exploring the world and growing my team early on, and a lot of the puzzles and secret side areas were fun to find and loot. But the story and characters and moments were just weak and the more stuff it had in it, the more generic it began to feel. It's a good game with some really tough fights, but the best aspect of it was that I could listen to more Critical Role without really needing to be aware of what was going on in-game. --- "In my headcanon, some staffer saw Trump pull out his phone and start typing so they just Terry Tate Office Linebacker'd him out of his shoes." - FFD ...
