Topic	11 y/o accidentally KILLS his FRIEND and then made it look like SELF DEFENSE!!!

But since the animal dog probably knew they were playing and didn't see any signs off malicious intent or whatever, it didnt react. So, they went and got the gun to see if the dog would react. He removed the magazine to make sure it didnt shoot. But probably didnt know the round was chambered. Probably again to see if the dog would react because items a gun. And accidentally shot his friend. So, it doesnt really sound premeditated. Though, I dont know what he was thinking. It is possible he wanted to kill his friend. But the way its written, it doesnt sound like it. Also, the article says they found the gun before the accident. But thats about all. It doesnt say if it was before they started wrestling or not. And even if it was before the incident, it might have been to, again, see if the dog would react to it. Thats if they were telling the truth about that.
