You can buy a Speed Gear upgrade from the shop that slows the world but keeps Mega Man's speed the same. I think it becomes available after you activate Speed Gear like 25 or 30 times or something. Yea I have that, it doesn't slow Yellow Devil for some reason. Oh I didn't know he was immune to that.
