17. MAGICAL GIRLS WORLD - You WILL have a magical wand and fight evil with it. You can be the Tuxedo Mask of that world and hit it with one of the sailor scouts if you want (totally not the whole reason why I included this world, promise).

18. MONSTER WORLD - Your life is now in the Pokemon world. If you don't like or know about pokemon, the world is predominantly about tamable monsters or creatures.

19. CARD BATTLE WORLD - Your life is now in a world similar to Yugioh with battles involving monster cards. Adapt your gifts accordingly to this world (you can't use actual swords in this world, but you can use cards related to swords").

20. STEAMPUNK WORLD WAR - Like world war in the industrial era but with steampunk technology. The war involves many countries, of which two alliances of three major countries each fight it out openly. There is no good or bad countries, one alliance focuses on establishing an order that will bring peace, prosperity, and advancement to the world, the other alliance focuses on ending the war to bring peace and save millions of lives by defeating the opposing alliance. Roll a dice to see in which faction you will be in.

24. MEDIEVAL MECHAS - Mechas in medieval times, most are quite basic and somewhat primitive, but you who comes from the future knows how to improve them, and have the gamer skills to pilot them with unrivaled expertise.

25. NINJA WORLD - Ninjas, can be themed like Naruto if you want.

26. POST APOCALYPTIC - The hero was too late this time, the impending doom has already hit the world, it's up to you to neutralize as most danger as possible from this world though it's too much for one person. Still you can help to create and protect establishments for the people and benevolent races.

27. ISEKAI RIVALS - Not only you have been summoned to save this world, many others have also been summoned and it's now an all out competition for recognition and glory, and guess what? Currently you're not among the top heroes, though not at the bottom either, there are heroes stronger and faster than you, some more charming and cunning, some with more useful knowledge from their worlds. Also, there is a Mastermind class among them. It's up to you to stand out from the rest.

28. VILLAIN BOSS - You're one of the Evil Overlord's War Generals, you've been summoned to combat the forces of good, and with your potential and strength and your own personal squad of minions, these heroes can crumble in fear at the thought of 'heroes do not always win'. You can be Lawful Evil by finding philosophy and reason in your actions, Neutral Evil by working with your fellow War Generals (at least one of them is a sexy villainess) and earn your Overlord's recognition and favoritism, or Chaotic Evil and overthrow the Overlord and take his position.

29. NETHERWORLD / UNDERWORLD - Hard Mode. This world is filled with ferocious monsters, beasts, and the undead, has three to five times the amount of demons than any other world, evil dragons are more common than good ones and are less rare to encounter. Creatures are more often prone to attack you. Got survival skills? Good, you'll need them.

30. HATED HERO - Very hard mode. You start with nothing but pants, no money, average stats, bad charisma, everybody hates you for 'that one thing you did' and misjudged you for that. No Inns, shops, or guilds will offer service to you, and the kingdom will in the near future put a bounty on your head (you explain the reason), everybody in the kingdom and cities see you as their enemy. And don't forget, there's also an evil demon lord and his minions to defeat. Only the lowest class race will be friendly neutral (but not all friendly, well at least not in the beginning), they are scarce though.
