Topic	The sad thing about this government shutdown is how many lives are disrupted.

The first time she said to hold my chin up high with a slight attitude and then raised her voice when she had to gasp ask me one more time to raise my chin a little higher. And thus, my drivers license photo looks stupid because she told me to awkwardly hold my chin up too high. You wouldnt get away with that kind of attitude at a private business. Its a little tougher and more futile to file a complaint about an employee at a government agency. Not that I'm the type to do that anyway unless goes above and beyond in rudeness Oh and also when I took my drivers test, the guy was extremely rude the whole time when I was clearly nervous which made me more nervous Nobody is saying act overly polite, but polite in general. And its doesnt work with everyone. It going there grumpy and looking mad usually will only make it worse... I usually smile with seems to make people around feel less uneasy. And they always seem to relax a bit. Even taking my test, the tester said I should have gone faster on the highway, but still passed me. She said that she thought I was probably just nervous. Also, I dontknow why you dont think you would get that attitude at a private business.
