You've already said you can't blame someone for trying to escape a shithole. How many refugees do you think we should take then? Anyone who is left out can't be blamed for forcing their child into a violent, dangerous journey after all. Ok. That still doesnt mean open borders and that still doesnt mean they wont have to make this journey. Thus, me arguing that we need a wall to prevent this! Is a stupid argument. What is So hard about that for you to understand? I think Trump trying to deflect blame is horrible. If you want to blame the parents and Dems for not funding the wall then by all means go ahead. I disagree strongly with the latter. I can see merit in the former but 1. Disagree that a wall will prevent it and 2. I Wont make a parent a villain for trying to get their family a better life in a case like this.
