Gangs are political by nature. When gangs fight each other, its about power. Gangs are no different than a country really. They have a government. Just because they arent a country doesnt make them any less political by nature.

Politics can take place in business, in school, in households and in basically any facet of life, gangs included. Now if you cant understand that, then you will never understand why a drive by attack on another gang is always a political move.
