If someone is continuously given big money in exchange for putting out an obviously poor product, then there's no reason for them to improve (short of artistic integrity, which neither Phil nor the WWE have). Both Phil and the WWE need to be told to improve or their funding will be cut off--they need to be put in a position where they are desperate to put out quality content.
