Look, if I think my name is Bill, but my name tag in a room of people who don't know me says Paul, I have absolutely no right to threaten violence and vandalize if they call me Paul a couple times, even if I say otherwise, especially in an argument if the only other identifier they have for me is what is plainly visible to them.

This seems to be a case of some idiot throwing a fit over clear store policy that the employee can't change and when they are realize they are losing grasping at straws to maintain victimhood. Nevermind the fact that we are watching the video with a clear understanding of the situation going in. Having a dude scream "ma'am" in an outrage might not immediately register, especially if it is already a high stress situation.
