He's done nothing to reduce his expenses--he still routinely talks about going out to eat, being subscribed to various streaming services like Netflix and the WWE Network, shopping at more expensive stores instead of Walmart, and so on. His only plan is to have his fans give him more money, and he won't even do anything extra to provide them with a reason to do so.
