Those are awesome numbers for 165lbs and congrats on your progress. Weightlifting really is the only fountain of youth.

I'm currently at 173 (bulking to 180 then cutting to 10-12% Body Fat)

bench: 245x1, 225x3-4, 185x12 ; 205x6-8 depending on day..
overhead: 145x1 (never really tried to max this; end up doing 115 - 135 for sets of 5-8) - mostly work on DB press and seated presses during shoulder days
squat: 305x1 - do a lot of 5x5 in 225-245 range
deadlift: 335x1 - honestly my worst lift.. having a hard time breaking this plateau.

Working on a Push Pull Leg split, but recently went to a A/L/C/B routine which is helping me with strength gains. I'll need some serious improvements in my lower body to hit 1000 club

alcb as in arms legs chest back?

deadlift plateaus were the exact opposite for me. those were the ones i always seem to be able to break through, especially using a 531 program and going down 70ish pounds once i stalled out. once i got back up to that weight i was stuck at id usually be able to progress another 30ish pounds before i needed to do it again

bench on the other hand is where when i hit a plateau i just have nothing for it
