I'm currently at 173 (bulking to 180 then cutting to 10-12% Body Fat) bench: 245x1, 225x3-4, 185x12 ; 205x6-8 depending on day.. overhead: 145x1 (never really tried to max this; end up doing 115 - 135 for sets of 5-8) - mostly work on DB press and seated presses during shoulder days squat: 305x1 - do a lot of 5x5 in 225-245 range deadlift: 335x1 - honestly my worst lift.. having a hard time breaking this plateau. Working on a Push Pull Leg split, but recently went to a A/L/C/B routine which is helping me with strength gains. I'll need some serious improvements in my lower body to hit 1000 club --- B**** ...
