| iiaattgg 12/26/18 6:10:38 PM #3: | i appreciate that man. its something that now that ive been able to wrangle in for myself im able to help others and give back. unfortunate that it took such a toll and my life and led to significant pain for people in my life, but i cannot change that. deadlifting gets me in the left knee the most. really anything over 3 plates i have to be careful with. sometimes its fine, but sometimes it causes at least 2 weeks of issues. always been a problem for me 335 on bench is no freaking joke my man --- Sess Of the superuser "merSHINEsess" ...
