I signed into the mobile app a couple days ago to get my Steam Guard code, and it said I had 2 new items in my inventory but it wouldnt let me see what they were, then when I logged out and logged back in, they were gone. If its not me, dont spoil it for the other person, lol. I havent sent mine yet :c I meant to get it yesterday, but Ive been busy with my kid being sick again and havent had time to sit at the computer.
