"Sunbathe on deck 3."

"Really? Just sunbathing?"

"Well why not? We can just relax and admire the scenery."

"What's there to admire? The ocean looks the same all over."

"Well not necessarily," you say. "For one, there is the shore we could watch go by. Though, I suppose we aren't currently near continental Europe... But who knows? There might be some nice birds, or dolphins, or even a whale or two."

"Maybe," she says. "I'll dress in a swimsuit, then?"

"Sure," you say. "I'll put on some shorts."

The two of you go into your rooms and dress as stated. You exit in black board shorts while Raven is in one of her bikinis. The two of you walk back to the stairs with her arm in yours. You go back up to deck 3 and past the gym and spaw to the deck at the bow. You go to the many beach chairs and decide to sit right up front and to the right. Raven takes the chair to your right, and the two of you rest back facing southwest.

The sun is high over head so it's only noon. And there aren't a lot of clouds out so there's no shade. You should've grabbed up your sunglasses if you'd paid attention to the weather. You cover your eyes and look over to Raven. She also seems to be bothered by the sun, but she simply uses her own barrier magic to shade her eyes.

"Oh that's very clever," you say. "If only my mana didn't glow bright white..."

"Here, I'll give you some," Raven says.

She looks over and waves her hand, and creates a barrier to float above your face.

"Thank you," you say.

"Master Rorek, Lady Raven," one of Great-Aunt Radella's servants says as they walk up. "Would you like to have lunch here on the bow?"

"Yes, that sounds nice," you say.

"What would you like?"
