No, it's not. No-one cheats science.

If the amount of calories you consume on a regular basis exceeds the amount you regularly use through physical activity them you will gain weight.

The people who do not continually gain weight are either regularly consuming less calories, regularly burning more through activity or - ideally - a healthy balance of the two.
