My only other choice really is GLS, and I know that without a lot of her on my friend list, she's next to worthless. Long-term it seems like the better choice to go WKN, I just feel kinda meh on it because that pretty much means Basch was a wasted investment. JP-players still use Basch. The difference is WKN is more focused and can naturally provoke.
