Ive had to cut my hair short to get a job. even though no one would really admit it, hair length/style/grooming can play a role in getting a job. i never proceeded further into interview processes until i sucked it up and went clean cut. it is what it is

if hair length is explicity in the rules then you gotta abide by it. Would be bs though if he lets other people with long hair participate.
